Please be advised that while I provide therapeutic services under the name Herlistic Health, all administrative, billing, and location-based operations are conducted through Pathways Family and Community Services.

This structure exists because I am currently practicing as a Licensed Resident in Counseling (#0704017977). As part of the requirements for licensure, I work under clinical supervision (Dr. Colette Brooks, #0701009412) and operate through a host agency, in this case Pathways Family and Community Services. This affiliation ensures that I am practicing ethically and in compliance with state regulations, while also offering you high-quality, supported care.

This arrangement allows me to offer therapy under my personal brand, Herlistic Health, while ensuring compliance, supervision, and administrative integrity through Pathways Family and Community Services. As a resident, I do not have authority for independent practice and am currently under supervision.
